You may return unworn bikinis within 7 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return: 

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and free from marks or signs of wear. 

- Hygiene liners and original tags must remain intact. 

For quality assurance, we record a video of each product before it is packed and shipped. 

Depending on your delivery address, we will either organize a pickup or request that you drop off the package at a nearby courier point. 

Before sending the product back, please email clear photos of the item to you@musadeverao.com for approval. 

Once approved, we will provide a return label. Simply attach it to the box, and the product will be collected or accepted at the courier drop-off. 

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the return arrives at our warehouse.
